Forge Creek Lamb is a family owned and operated business run by Neil and Angela Stringer.  Neil and Angela farm in partnership with Neil’s father, on a third generation family farm on the edge of the Gippsland Lakes in Eastern Victoria.  Forge Creek Lamb offers the discerning chef and lamb connoisseur a premium product, which is paddock grazed, grass fed and free of artificial hormones.

Consumers of Forge Creek Lamb have the assurance of a quality product with traceability from ‘paddock to plate’.  Forge Creek Lamb comes from a family owned and operated farm in East Gippsland, Victoria which is externally audited, complying with an ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.

Forge Creek Lambs are carefully selected and appraised before processing and packaging by licensed butchers.
